I have a blue XQpack2 holding a 7800GS AGP card

Its a tight fit vertically with the slide in mobo tray, but plenty of room horizontally. No heat issues here with good airflow through the case, with GPU fan running all the time.

Looks to me like there's plenty of room even for the super long 8800GTS or 8800GTX cards, although heat could be an issue with hotter running cores and no intake or exhaust fans on left side plexiglass panel.
