?ddr2 667 1gb Or 800 ..or Both?

I HAVE A ABIT AW8-D MOBO INTEL 4 3.0 OC 3.15 2GB DDR2 667 BFG 7800GTOC PCI-E ANTEC TRUEPOWER 430

WELL MY QUESTION IS THAT I HAVE 2 MEMORY TYPES THAT R SUPPORTED 1 KINGSTON DDR2 667 1GB 2X512 "BESTBUY" AND 1GB 2X512 CORSAIR XMS 800 MY QUESTION IS SHOULD I USE BOTH OR 1 GB OF THE 800 1GB OR 2 GB??

It really depends on what programs you are running. Some programs will benefit from the 2gb of the ram running at ddr2 667, while other generally smaller programs won't use more than 1gb of ram so they will benefit from the faster speed. So what type of programs will you generally be running?

Ya Fuhzy but he already had the 4 sticks, and is running an intel so he doesn't have to worry about the onboard memory controller. No point in spending the $300 on a 2x1GB kit of ddr2800.
