Dude that is terrible. I have a 2.4 Celeron D and I think I have better FPS on the cpu tests (not by much). Also, your Wings of Fury, is that the high detail? I average like 75+ with my 5700LE. Try using the Omega Drivers, I noticed a nice jump in performance and also run dxdiag and make sure you have all of your diriver files and you don't have any errors. Also, run 3DMark 2001 SE to get another benchmark for consistency.

Umm, thats like less than half what you should be getting.
Two problems:
Your Video Ram is too slow, 6800GT reference has GDDR3-1000.
Second, your CPU/RAM or something else is really bottlenecking your system.
C'mon, 90 cpu marks?, less fps in wings of fury than in proxycon?
Your cpu should be performing around 5 times what it is. Check if you have crap running in the background.
Check your cpu temperature, p4s have a habit of slowing down when they overheat so they don't die. If your temperature is about 55 for a willy, 75 for a woody or 95 for a pressy, then if so, check if you applied your heatsink properly.

Just noticing your score in 2001 SE, it's significant proof on how much more machine dependant 01 is vs 03.
I scored 7111 in 2001 with a 5700LE OC'ed about to its max, and 2946 in 03.
I have a Celeron D @ 2.4 GHZ and 512 DDR333 ram.
You almost doubled my score in 01 yet you are less than 400 points ahead of me in 03.

i dont know, what im gonig to do with it, prolly stick it in my parents "work-from-home" computer. it's really rather useless for anything else, it seems to be the main problem above all else. (not guaranteed tho, it just seems to be th most likely problem) and lots of ppl suggest the same thing. :P
