TV tuner encountered an error. (0x80004005) ATI T200 AVStream Analog Tuner

I have Windows Media Center Edition and an All In wonder 2006 pcie card. It has been working fine until recently. Now when the system tries to record or if I want to watch Live TV I get and Application Error from Windows MCE. There is an error event from the Media Center Receiver recorded and the error is "TV tuner encountered an error. (0x80004005) ATI T200 AVStream Analog Tuner". This is really a pain. If I reboot the system it all works fine until the system goes into suspend or hibernate. After it comes back I get this error and I have to reboot again. I really need to get this figured out. I have loaded all the latest ATI drivers, checked the decoder, etc. Nothing has helped. Any ideas?
