Sapphire ATI radeon 5670 Diplay error

HI

Recently i have installed ati radeon 5670 graphics card on my computer. After installation every time i start my pc it takes more time than previous to show motherboard name and after that is says "Boot you postponed or interrupted press F1 to continue or set Bios " after pressing F1 windows starts and everything works fine games run good and every thing else is ok Why it is taking so much time and displaying such message.
And some times it restarts automaticaly . Recently it diplayed a blue screen in which DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL was written
Today i installed latest drivers from ati and now after login screen desktop is not showing so i removed the graphics card and now i am running my computer without graphics card
WHat to do??
Thanks in advance!
