Replace ATI 9800 Pro AIW

I purchased the ATI AIW 9800 Pro 8X APG in Mar 2004. I am not a gamer. I used the card for video capture to covert my home VSH tapes to DVDs. Is there a replacement card for this card that does video capture? I am getting the vertical noise/artifact lines running through the screen. I have read several threads on the artifact problem and it looks like the card has seen it finer days. Time for a new one. Looking for a newer card that can do direct video capture. Any suggestions. It does not have to be an ATI card. Thanks. GaryT
