Radeon 9600 pro 256mb prob

hi folks
i`ve got radeon 9600 pro 256 mb video card recently i installed microsoft net framework 3.5 after installed it my card got mad nothing worked nicely i cant even play game my pointer around it gets gray color line and when i try to browser always comes red lines i`ve got the latest driver and OS is XP pro i can show you all the prob but i dont know how to put screenshots here so need help ta
