Palit hd4870 1gb display problem

hey guys Im very upset with 4870 and motherboard is ..m3a78em.........my display shows after the welcome screen of windows XP....is this a very serious problem...... pls help .... and there is no service station in mumbai(india)......pls pls pls help ASAP.

Enable BSOD: Control Panel/Systems, Advanced Tab, hit the Settings button under Startup and Recovery, and under the System Failure area, uncheck the Automatically Restart checkbox.

There seems to be nothing wrong with your vid card if its STILL working AFTER it gets past the welcome screen.

It seems to me that its not showing you the POST screen, where you can choose to go into the BIOS am i correct?
