New ATI card problem with poor HD

My DVI out quit working many months ago which prevented me from being able to send my computer screen to my 65" Plasma tv.

I finally this past week bit the bullet and bought and installed a ATI 4650, which the computer shop said was a much better and more powerful card then the Gforce Nvido
91 that is on the motherboard of my HP HD computer.

My problem is simply a lousy picture on both my 24" monitor and the 65" Panasonic.

Can anyone out there comment on this.

Thanks

jplot

in what sense is a bad picture? Do you have to send us a picture of your monitor? I guess you have not set a good image in the ATI control panel
