Is there a way to display the monitor image backwards?

I want everything on my monitor to be backwards, like the way it is when you look into a mirror. Is there any way I can do this? I'm using the RadeonX1950 series.

If this can't be done using the graphics card, does anyone know a piece of software that will do this?
