Got some problems (X1300)

In the last time, I've got some problems with my video card/ driver. So the problem is: whenever I'm in a game or something that's from that game (like mapping programs - map builders) it happens. So the screen is simply blocking for about 3 seconds, after those 3 seconds the monitor screen becomes black for 2-3 seconds. It's happening randomly, but after it's happening like 3-4 times simultaneously it gives me BSOD. I also get a message:

"Display driver stopped responding and has recovered"
"Display driver ATI Radeon Family stoped responding and has successfully recovered".

I think it might be from the driver. I started getting this last week, it worked perfectly since 2005, when I bought it, but now..
