It's a simple question. Is ATI drivers supporting GL_ARB_fragment program?

I got this answer from the ATI forum:

Yes, I suppose that an ATI drivers support this OpenGL feature, because one man (his name is John Carmack) successfully use it in his 3D engine "id Tech 4" (former "Doom 3 Engine") since 2001 . BTW, there is compact and simple program exists, which can help you to inspect many details of OpenGL driver - GLView.
