CPU-Z is showing ATI HD4670 core@low speed
Title.
When I initially click the graphics tab, it shows the core at 300MHz. After about a second, it'll show 165MHz. The specs show it should be running @ 750MHz. The memory clock is an acceptable 800MHz (I plan on overclocking to 1000MHz after a new PSU).
I'm using a Biostar G31-M4 board, which I believe is PCI-E x16 1.0 compliant. If it were 2.0, the specs would denote that correct? Is the core running slower because it's not running x16 2.0?
