Cards at different temperatures

Hello, I'm running windows 64 Home. I've got 2 4850 in crossfire set up but there seems to be a 10 degrees difference in the cards temperature. According to AMD Overdrive.
Can anyone suggest how to get the cards more even.
My box is well ventilated and the cards are separated by one slot.
