ATI-Software Uninstall Utility ....looks strange...
Whenever I want to change graphic drivers I use "ATI-software uninstall utility" that is in "add/remove...." list.

Unfortunately it looks like that:

Despite this strange "something" I'm able to uninstall and install drivers and they seem to work .The same situation with CCC.

But why does it look so strange and how to fix it?

i would guess it's trying to display the text in the language your comp is set on but it just doesn't know how, like it doesn't know how to translate it sort of. just my 2 cents, maybe someone else knows more about it

Maybe.
But it happens only with Catalyst 8.5

"It looks like that" as in it's a virus giving you that link, or it's in polish? Maybe your default language is weird, and it goes with that instead of english?
