ATI Control Center Use

My hardware
Graphics Chipset ATI Radeon HD 5700 Series
Dell ST 2210 monitor
ATI Catalyst™ Control Center

I have succeeded in configuring the ATI control center
The only modifications I made was option preferences "Restore factory defaults"
Desktop display " scaling to maximum width"

With these modifications my monitor displays absolutely perfectly.

My problem is that I must always open ati and close it when I boot up.
Is there any way I can configure ati to modify my video card and monitor so these modifications will take place automatically at boot up?
