4850 HD ATI inquiry

As things have gone recently i find myself having to do the following trough my CCC:

Quote-

So, go to your tray (bottom right, near your clock). Find the icon for your Catalyst Control Center. Right click and choose Graphic Properties.

A control panel will load. It has promotional sh*t in the main window and a navagation-list on the right side. Click "Power," then click "Switchable Graphics." The main window will change to something allowing you to control performance on an application-to-application basis. If swtor.exe doesn't appear in the "Recent Applications" section, browse for it in the "Other Applications" section directly underneath.

Once you have swtor.exe found and selected, click the big shiny button next to it that says "Not Assigned" ... it is a yellow "gem" button. Click it and set to "High Performance" ... it should turn into a red "gem" button.

I went from 5 fps on the lowest-of-the-low-settings to 40 fps on the highest-of-the-high settings.

I hope this helps some of you having poor performance from beta to live. - End of quote

Supposedly this works but my problem is after updating my ATI drivers my CCC looks like this:

posting it without the http to see if the forum would let me show a screenie

computerpartsgames.files.wordpress.com/2009/03/catalyst-control-center-001.jpg

As oposed to a few screenshots given earlier in the thread, i am unable to locate said power tab, and i do not know how to set those options to what is being asked of me. Will i have to go to an old version of the drivers to get another interface for the CCCenter or is there another way to set application-to-application graphics control. Thank you for the answer in advance to anyone who manages to help me out or at least tries
