Printer Problems Intel Mac

I'm having some strange issues printing to our color image runner 2620 from some of the intel macs in my office. Some of the can't print 11x17, some can't print from the stack bypass, and some of them can only print to the stack bypass.

I have tried calling tech support, and the continuously point me to the updated driver on their website and that's all they did to help. I have installed this driver, then removed it and tried again just in case, but still no luck.

Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this? We're all running OS 10.4.10. Thanks,

firewired

Try re-installing the printer on the individual computers. You could do the same for the network too. Even try turning the printer completely off and back on again. That stuff usually works for some reason.
