Apple TV/iTunes Movie rentals
I think this is pretty sweet. So far the reviews are that Apple's servers are dishing out both SD and HD content pretty quickly, and that movies begin playing within 10-20 seconds. Being able to order straight from your tv via Apple TV sounds good, especially for the HD content (for people like me who have yet to get a Blu-ray player). I am so glad Apple came around--I will be able to save lots of trips to Hollywood Video.
Macbook Air
Thin as hell. Looks pretty sweet, but Apple stuff always does. interesting move with the wireless installation gig. Drawbacks--no removable battery (but its not like that many people actually buy and use spare battery packs anyway). I bet it will sell like crazy, but I like my MBP better. I do wish my MBP had an LED backlight though... I am not a huge fan of the black keyboard. I think silver woul dhave looked better.
I think the MBA design will be used by the new Macbook Pros, but just a guess.
Anyway, impressions from anyone? And serious impressions, no Apple hating just for the sake of Apple hatng.
