Unhappy Itunes installation problem

hi ive just tryed to install itunes and it ses **unable to install the GEAR driver set at this time .. the GEARAspiWDM service use by the GEAR driver set is sceduled to be deleted during the next system reboot . please reboot and run itunes again **
but i rebooted it and tryed again but it still comes up with that
sum1 help me pleasee thanks

Hello, and welcome to the forums. You need to uninstall the GEAR drivers.

This should help:

Uninstall Gear Drivers
Just read the article and proceed with caution when you uninstall the drivers manually.
