Itunes install error
i have a windows vista 32-bit os. when i try and install itunes. it starts installing, then a box pops up that says:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CLASSES\.IPA\OPENWITHL IST\ITUNES.EXE

I HAVE TRIED GAINING PERMISSIONS, BUT IT SAYS THAT ACCESS IS DENIED AND I CANT CHANGE MY ADMIN ACCOUNT TO "FULL CONTROL"...PLZ HELP!!!
