$100 prize for Apple TV Harddrive upgrade

A $100 bounty has been put up for a detailed set of instructions on upgrading the Apple TV harddrive.

It may be as simple as pulling the harddrive and replacing it; or there may be considerations for copying stuff off the installed drive. Either way, it seems this is inevitable, and just a matter of time.

Engadget and gizmodo have already done it.

What I'm waiting for is a way to install OS X on it and mod it as a desktop. (It runs currently OS X 10.4.7 in full, with simply a replaced finder.app, (user: frontrow, and a blank password). If it is done, it may finally be that_affordable, mac that I want.
