X2 5200+ overclock
is overclocking to 3 ghz i.e 400MHz total overclock good or should i be able to do better, runs about 31c when idle

From 2.6GHZ your doing well but if you know what your doing you could do better i have a 4200+ thats 2.2GHZ dual core and i can reach 2.8GHZ easy and with some vcore adjustments i got up to 3GHZ but got too hot so left it at 2.8GHZ
