Lima Vs Sparta??? Which one of these is faster?

These two processors both cost exactly the same, which one is faster?

this one - AMD Athlon 64 LE-1640 Lima 2.7GHz Socket AM2 45W Single-Core

or this one - AMD Sempron LE-1300 Sparta 2.3GHz 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM2 45W Single-Core

I am building an extremely low end local intranet server that will be running ubuntu. Since these cost the same, I want to pick the one which will yield better performance. Any advice? Does one have a newer architecture which is faster on a lower Ghz?

I ended up going with a barebones kit that had an Intel Atom processor, It was $95 for a mobo, processor, and case, and fits the extremely low power ability I was trying to achieve.
