Help me choose between the 2

i have narrowed my choice down to these 2 AMD processors.
tell me which one i should choose for the price and why.

First and most importantly......What are you going to use this comp for......just surfing the NET???.......Video Games???

If it's just surfing I would go for the 1st one.
If it's gaming.....I would still go for the 1st one........BUT I would spend another $250 and get myself a ATI 3850.
Although you would have overclock the 4400+ to play some newer games like Crysis/Bioshock
