FPS drops after 1 year.

Hi!

After about 1 year of playing most games I play on high or above with 60-120fps. Suddenly all FPS in all games have dropped down to 20-30. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas of what the problem may be and how I can fix it? I have been running a AMD FX-6100 Zambezi 3.3GHz Socket AM3+ 95W Six-Core with a HIS IceQ X Turbo Radeon HD 6950 2GB card. These have all been 50* or below under stress and have run well since now.

Any advice will help!
Thanks in advance!

what OS and how full is your hard disk. Make sure you have a min of 10% free space, preferably 20% and if windows do a disk defragmentation.

Have you updated drivers recently?
