AquaMark v2.3

Here we take a look at AquaMark v2.3 by Massive Development.

AquaMark seems to enjoy running on the R9800 Pro more so than the FX 5900 Ultra.  The R9800 Pro Winning in each category at 1024 x 768.

Moving on to 1280 x 1024, the R9800 Pro continues to lead the way, although losing ground at 4x/8x, it still pulls in stronger than the FX 5900 Ultra.

Here we see the FX 5900 Ultra start to pick up a little bit and give the R9800 Pro a run for it's money. I'm suspecting not only do the higher clock speeds of the 5900 Ultra help out here, but the added 128MB of memory as well. Running textures at 1600 x 1200 can be very stressful on a video card, especially with 4x AA and 8x AF enabled. Still, The Radeon 9800 Pro wins the AquaMark category of benchmarks.
