Copy from DVD to hard drive

    7.      OK, now we start the fun stuff, first up you need to put in your DVD disk into your DVD drive, as you need to play the disc long enough to see the movie start in order that the encryption key is learnt.

    8.      Close the DVD player, but leave the DVD disc in, now run “GordianKnot”, select SmartRipper,  this  will scan the disc and find all the files by itself.

    9. Before pressing the “Start” button, you need to click “settings” and set the parameters, don’t deviate from these settings unless you KNOW what you are doing.

    10.  Click the green “OK”, then the green “Start” button and  go away for 6-40 minutes, it will tell you when it’s finished copying the DVD to a more usable file(s) on the hard drive.

    11.  When finished you should have a 4- 8G file(s) in your “\video_ts” directory with NO errors reported. Don’t proceed if you got errors, as things will just fail down the line.
