The S12 has 3.3v rail of 30A and 5v rail of 30A which equal up to 180W max, and two independent 12v rails each with 18A which can provide 432W.

    Details of the S12

Inside the S12 is very similar to many 120mm fan cooled powersupply units. The fan pulls air up out from around the CPU and blows the air directly onto the heatsink fins over a very large surface area, removing as much heat as possible and sends the exhausted air out the back of the S12 thru it’s honeycomb screen

The S12 has very large aluminum heatsinks which spread heat out to dissipate directly under the 120mm fan. This ensures the unit is adequately cooled for more stable voltages.
