OCZ Powerstream 420W Review - Installation
(Page 3 of 5 )
Installing the Powerstream is very simple. First you must remove any existing power supply, unplug all power connectors, and remove any hardware holding the original power supply in place. Install the Powerstream in the original unit’s place, and attach all of the necessary connectors.

The Powerstream includes 6 Molex connectors, 2 floppy connectors and 2 SATA connectors

The Universal Connectors allow any unnecessary power connectors to be separated, so the Powerstream can be installed on many different motherboard standards.
When you first power up the system, you will want to rest the adjustments in the back of the power supply to their default voltage readings. If the lights are lit up red, you might be sending too much voltage to your equipment, and it may eventually fail. Turn down the rail using a small screwdriver; you may want to keep one handy if you are overclocking your system. Once you are in the green, you are good to go.

Now that the Powerstream is installed, and all voltages are set to default levels, we can continue booting the system.
