    Features

OCZ Connect All Technology: These are universal user friendly, all in one transformable motherboard connectors. Included are 20-pin + 4-pin for ATX12V to 24-pin + 4-/8-pin for BTX / EPS12V.

OCZ PowerFlex Technology provides independent adjustment knobs for each voltage output. These include the +3.3 VDC, adjustable from 2.8v to 3.8v; +5 VDC, adjustable from 4.5v to 5.5v; and +12 VDC, adjustable from 10.8v to 13.2v.

PowerWhisper will be appreciated by those who don't like a noisy system. Two high performance 80mm fans effectively reduce the noise levels to a minimum.

Powershield stabilizes the current, which maintains optimal signal integrity to your monitor and hard drive.

Over Current Protection: The power supply DC outputs are protected from supplying output current above the maximum ratings, and when output power is between 110 percent and 150 percent. In the event of an over current, all outputs are disabled and remain disabled until the system is powered back on.

Over Voltage Protection: The over voltage sense circuitry and reference are separate from the regulator control circuitry and reference. No single point fault is able to cause a sustained overvoltage condition on any or all outputs. The latch mode is defined as:

    • +5v output is between 5.8v to 6.3v
    • +12v output is between 14.0v to 17.0v
    • +3.3v output is between 3.6v to 4.2v

Short Circuit Protection: The power supply DC outputs are protected from damage due to faults that cause any output shorts to a ground. In the event of a short circuit on any output, all outputs shall be disabled and remain disabled until the power supply is powered off and back on.

OCZ warranty: The company states that it is the only one to offer a three-year warranty supported by OCZ Technology Exclusive PowerSwap program. No more endless return-for-repair loops! An additional two-year limited warranty is available.

Technical Support: Just as OCZ is committed to bringing you the best products for your personal computer, they strive to provide the best customer support in the industry.

The Powerstream includes massive heatsinks and dual 80mm fans for optimal cooling of the Powerstream.
