What you get

In this big white box you will find all the modular cables for the power supply. Here's a quick run down of all the modular cables included.
(2) 6-Pin PCI-Express
(2) 6+2 Pin PCI-Express
(1) Molex
(3) 4 SATA
(1) 2 6 Pin PCI-Express
(1) 1 Floppy and 3 Molex

You won't be hurting for connectors to anything for a while. If you need more Molex connectors, these little converters will take those SATA connectors and allow you to use them as Molex.

The power supply also has some native connectors that will be used in everyone's computer.
3 - 4-Pin Molex power connectors and (1) floppy power connector
1 - 8-Pin EPS12V connector
1 - 4-Pin ATX12V P4 connector

It's time to take a look at the actual PSU. Let's begin with the back of the PSU. The back is mostly open space. This will allow lots of air out of the back, which should help keep it cooler.

On the bottom we have the big fan that's responsible for cooling 1200 watts of power.

On the last side we have the native connections and the modular connections. I have never really been a big fan of modular PSUs, but this one is perfect. I always thought that it was more of a hassle compared with what it was worth. But I am in love with this modular design. This is clearly the way that modular power supplies should be designed. All you have to do is pick any of the spots on the PSU, line it up, and screw it in. This design is functional and easy. Not only is it functional, but I also love its appearance.

Aesthetics aren't normally talked about when reviewing power supplies, but ePower went all out. Every cable is wrapped and looks great. The cables are all wrapped in electro-magnetic (EM) shielding, which really surprised me.
