Take special note where it says “Powered via USB port, no AC adapter required.” That really struck me as a good thing for the simple fact that it means one less wire cluttering my already messy desk. It could also mean less juice getting to my scanner, which can slow down scan times. Also notice the weight of 3.3lbs; that is pretty light by any standards, not to mention the height of only 1.4 inches. "Heyyy fuggettaboutit!" This thing is tiny, and that’s usually a good thing when it comes to computer equipment.
