Icemat Siberia Headset - Opening the box

As I said above, my first impression of the headset, before even removing it from the box, was how Leia-esque it was.  Take a look at the box to see what I mean.

So yeah, my first thoughts looking at these things were images of people referring to me as "Princess" and "Your Highness" if I wore them.  Silly, yeah, but amusing nonetheless.  Anyway, enough of my whimsical bantering, let's open the box and see how the headset really looks.

Opening the box, I found that the headset was nestled safely in a protective plastic form, keeping it secured and away from the edges of the box.  This box could definitely take a few hits without causing the least bit of damage to the headset.

There were also a few paper products in the box.  Two of these were advertisements for other fine Icemat products, while the other two provided instructions for utilizing the headset.

The last piece in the box was the monitor-based microphone holder.  This headset lets you disconnect the headphone from the headset, and use it elsewhere.  This small bracket attaches to your monitor, where you can then attach the microphone using the attached clip.

This headset comes with a 1.8 meter cord, which is basically an audio-extension/microphone combination.  Let's take a look at that next, shall we?
