    Dell V305W Wireless All-in-One Printer - Features

Though the V305W wasn't specifically designed for home-based businesses, it certainly appears as if Dell had them in mind. The printer's major selling point is its "3-in-1 convenience," which refers to its capabilities as a color printer, copier and scanner all jammed into one easy-to-use device. Anyone who works from home -- and there are many these days -- or who has a home office will surely benefit from the new amount of desk/office space freed up thanks to this one, compact device.

One of the printer's most impressive features is that fact that it's wireless. Some may not understand the beauty that is a Wi-Fi printer, but surely there are those who will love the wireless freedom Dell's new all-in-one device provides. Users can now improve mobility and print from anywhere within the range of their wireless network.

The V305W also features what Dell is referring to as "high speed output," meaning that the device prints precise photos, documents and online images at high speed -- up to 25 pages-per-minute in black and white and 18 pages-per-minute in color, to be precise.

It is apparent that a lot of thought was put into how the device would print photographs; the V305W is actually very considerate when it comes to how photographs are printed. The printer comes equipped with a borderless photo option, which allows users to print out photos that are ready to frame and hang with up to 8.5"x14" quality photo printing.

Another handy feature for amateur photographers is the direct printing capability mentioned previously. Dell's V305W all-in-one printer gives users the convenience of printing directly from their digital cameras via the devices PictBridge connection or its various media card slots; they don't even have to turn on their PC.

Other features of the V305W's one-stop print shop include up to 4800x1200 dpi print resolution for precise printing and 17 ppm for fast copying, a 1200x2400 dpi flatbed scanner, an integrated wireless adapter for greater mobility and printer sharing, original Dell ink for optimum print performance and proof sheet functionality for red-eye reduction and easy photo editing.
