CanoScan LiDE 35 Scanner Review - Box and Contents
(Page 3 of 6 )
The CanoScan LiDE 35 comes in a fairly compact box, a positive sign of the scanner's own dimensions. The box is also very informative, basically describing all of the LiDE 35's specifications and features.

Included with the scanner is a quick start guide, warranty card, user's manual, software CD, USB2.0 cable, and vertical stand.

The front side of the scanner features the four power-scanning buttons: copy, scan, file, and e-mail.

The top of the scanner is a slightly metallic, gray color. Its surface is smooth and very clean, drawing attention to the metallic Canon emblems.

The backside of the scanner reveals nothing but the scanner's serial number and USB2.0 port.

The sides of the LiDE 35 are rounded to make the already 1.5" thin scanner seem even thinner.

The bottom side of the scanner rests on four feet, one of which also fits the vertical stand. The scanner lock is also located on the bottom. When locked, the scanner element is protected, restricting it from unnecessary movement when the scanner is being physically moved.
