Best Noise-Canceling Headphones For MP3 Players - SkullCandy SC-SBW3.5 Smokin Bud ($29.95)
These in-ear buds are very similar looking to the Ultimate Ear 5 Pro ear buds. The Smokin Buds come in 5 different colors including black, white, brown, pink, and rasta (see picture). Unlike some other noise-cancellation headphones, these don't offer an electronic solution to outside noise; they use their design to eliminate ambient noise. They feature a noise-cancellation sleeve to block unwanted outside noise, and it does a decent job. This feature is not as effective as the electronic noise-cancellation devices used in the Bose Quiet Comfort headphones, for example, but it's still very effective.

What makes these ear buds so attractive to buyers is the price. I have seen the Smokin Buds online for as little as $20. These headphones are worth five times that amount! The sound quality is very good, although not as good as the Ultimate Ears model. Also, these ear buds are very comfortable, and they fit very well into most people's ears. When inserting them into your ears, you will experience a kind of suction feel, which lets you know that they are secure and ready to be used.
I love these ear buds, and I think most other people will too (unless you are totally against the ear bud design). You just can't beat the price of these headphones. Despite the low price, they are far from bad quality. SkullCandy offers a limited lifetime warranty with all of their headphones! You get a lot for your $20!
