    Turtle Beach Sonic Link Review - Specifications

    The technical specifications are unknown. Turtle Beach has discontinued the Sonic Link and taken almost every reference of it down from their website. The specifications were not printed in the enclosed manual.

    • 2.4GHz
    • 4 selectable channels
    • Computer compatibility: PC
    • Audio file format compatibility: MP3, WMA, QuickTime
    • Remote control: AudioStation 3-in-1 universal remote control
    • PC interface: Serial

    The sender/receiver component works with standard, stereo, line level inputs and outputs, such as those found on PC sound cards, home stereo systems, mini-stereos and powered speakers.

    You will need to have at least the following system to be able to use the product:

    • Pentium 166 Mhz with Windows-compatible SVGA display and 16-bit sound card
    • Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, or NT 4.0 (with Service Pack 4 or higher installed)
    • 32MB RAM
    • Sufficient disk space for digital music file storage (a typical four-minute song will use approximately 3 to 5 MB of hard disk space)
    • an available serial port for use with the AudioStation RF Remote
    • 16X or faster CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drive capable of reading both data and audio CDs. Some AudioStation 4 advanced features may not be available with Windows NT 4.0 and/or Windows 2000

    In the box, you'll find Voyetra's AudioStation software, Turtle Beach 3-in-One Remote Control, Turtle Beach Audio Sender/Receiver pair. The full product weighs three pounds, and comes with a one-year warranty.
