Belkin FM TuneCast II - Conclusion

So, to sum up for the Belkin TuneCast II:

    Pros

    • Easy to use (since music is handled by another device)
    • No modification to vehicle necessary in order to use wide range of external inputs (iPod, MP3 CD player, PocketPC)
    • Plenty of FM band choices to find clear transmit channel
    • Battery power (12V power point optional) gives versatility

    Cons

    • Weak transmit power
    • Where to mount/place?

Needless to say, the search continues for the "perfect" mobile companion to my PocketPC on the road. The Belkin TuneCast II has a lot of good things going for it, but the two negatives are enough to make it not find a permanent place in my automobile. We'd like to thank Belkin for providing this sample for review. Shoot me an email if you have any questions, otherwise head back to the front-page for some other news and reviews or checkout the forums!
