    Again, the Super Silent 4Pro L is very easy to install. The process is completely tool-less; it took me a matter of seconds to push down on the four clips and hook them into the retention bracket. Beforehand, I applied a thin layer of Arctic Silver to an Intel P4b 2.4GHz processor using a clean credit card.

    The 4Pro L fits easily into the Abit IS7. Being all aluminum and not oversized, I'm sure the 4Pro L is well within Intel's weight specification for socket 478 heat sinks. And finally here's a picture of the blue lit LED fan in action:
