The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess for the Wii

Nintendo's Legend of Zelda series continues with The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess for the Wii console. It is a game that Zelda fanatics and gamers unfamiliar with the franchise can enjoy. If you haven't picked it up yet, most of your friends are probably wondering why. Keep reading for all the details.

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess is an epic adventure filled with excellent graphics, a great storyline, and tons of side challenges -- in addition to its main storyline -- that are sure to keep gamers busy for at least months. Add the fact that you now have the capability to use the Wii remote to control gameplay, and you have the perfect combination of style and substance.

After all is said and done, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess could possibly go down as one of the best Zelda releases ever from Nintendo, and that is saying a lot, considering the past blockbuster titles from the manufacturer in this series. You could say that The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess is a Zelda for the new generation.

What is likely most important for Zelda enthusiasts is the game's storyline and plot. The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess begins with Link in a small village outside of the Hyrule proper. He eventually guides himself through areas that anyone familiar with past Zelda titles will recognize. The only difference is the places he encounters in The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess are shown in much more detail thanks to the improved technology of the Wii.

Fanatics of the series will find the early stages of the Twilight Princess to be eerily similar to the previous Zelda release, Ocarina of Time. There is no need to worry though, as The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess is its own game, complete with its own storyline, that eventually sends Link into a surreal environment known as the Twilight that is chock full of surprises and new adventures that differ from past Zelda titles.
