Another gift that moms would love is an MP3 Player. I doubt all moms would use it as much as us kids, but I think enough would to make it worth mentioning. I would recommend the Apple iPod. While it is more expensive than its competitors, I feel it's worth it (how can you put a price on what your mom does in a year for you?). It interfaces with iTunes and it is very simple to upload music.
There are three different models to choose from: the cheaper Shuffle, the mid range Nano and the full blown iPod Video. The Shuffle and Nano both come in an assortment of colors, so you can pick out which one your mom would love the most. The iPod Video only comes in black and white as this time. You may also want to include some accessories like a car charger, FM tuner or iTunes gift cards.
If your mom already has an iPod, a great gift idea would be an iPod radio/alarm clock. One of the most popular is the iHome iH series. I have the iH5 for my personal use, and I love it. It's great to listen to my music, or have it wake me up in the morning. My mom personally thinks it would be a great gift and has been eying mine.
