    Holiday Guide 2007 - Gaming

    Gaming

Our next stop is gaming for all platforms. If you are looking for a new gaming system, look no further. We have a round up and a peek at the availability of each.

I'm sure the question on everyone's mind is, what's the Wii situation? Well, I hate to burst your bubble, but the Wii is still a hot item and very hard to find in stores this year. Your best bet would be to get it early. Start camping out in line Sunday morning for some. The best places to find them will be game stores like GameStop. [That's where I found one for a friend.--Ed.] These stores get them first and get them more often. If you belong to a members-only store, such as Costco, they would also be a nice place to start. They limit them to the customers who have memberships, cutting out a lot of the demand.

The Xbox 360 will be a lot easier to find. You should be able to find all three versions of the console available at most stores. The Elite might be a little harder to find as it is on a limited production run.

The PlayStation 3 will also be available for Christmas. They have recently produced a 40 GB version at $399. It's a little tough figuring out which version to get as it seems like the PS3 changes features and design every quarter.
