Geek Death Match: Bill Gates vs. Steve Jobs - Rounds 9 and 10
(Page 4 of 4 )
Round 9 - Coolest Car
With billions of dollars, at some point you want a really nice car, and really nice cars they have. So what are these uber geeks driving? Steve drives Mercedes AMG SL55; it's a really nice car, one anyone would be proud of. His car has no license plates on it while parked in the parking lot.

Bill is a huge Porsche fan, so his driving anything else would be unheard of. He has a 1999 Porsche 911 convertible and a 959. The 959 was a very limited production car, more like a super car. It's one of the fastest Porsches ever made. It isn't even legal to drive in the US. Bill got special approval from the government to get one. Rumors are that since there weren't any crash ratings for the 959, Bill got some engineers to run simulation on possible crash scenarios, which helped get the government to approve this car. While both have really nice cars, having to get the government to approve your car and actually getting it has to be worth a point.

Steve: 3
Final Round - After Death
This final round will be about the legacy they leave behind and the overall impact they had. Steve Jobs lives a private life and hasn't been around Apple the whole time, but is the founder and is making Apple a great computer company once again. He'll be remembered for founding Apple, and then bringing it back as a great company when he returned.
He will certainly not be forgotten, but I think Bill Gates will be a bigger name. He founded Microsoft, whose software runs almost every computer; he was and might be at death the richest person in the world. His charity will live on after he dies and will have donated a huge part of his wealth to making the world a better place. Bill Gates will be remembered for years and years because of this.
Bill: 6
Steve: 3
Conclusion
It's all over folks; Bill Gates is officially the guru death battle champion. He has proved that while he is really rich, he is also very generous with his money. His presentations might be a little dry, and he luckily avoided some legal trouble, but he is the geekiest of the geeks.
