Father`s Day Gift Guide - Sport Tickets

Why not treat your father to a sporting event? Just think of the awesome opportunity to bond over a baseball game and a hot dog! Trouble finding tickets? There are a few sites through which you can easily buy tickets. You could buy them directly through a place like ticketmaster.com, or if you are having problems finding tickets, you can try stubhub.com. This site allows people to put their unwanted tickets up for sale. Some are outrageously priced, but there are many good deals there, even for really good tickets in places you wouldn't be able to find seats for through ticketmaster.
SlingBox

Next up is Sling Media's SlingBox. A SlingBox allows you to stream your TV to any computer and many portable operating systems like Microsoft's Windows Mobile. You can access your TV from anywhere in the world if you have a good Internet connection. Don't want to miss that baseball game when you're on a business trip? Not a problem; dial into your SlingBox and presto! You can be watching the game in seconds. Even better, if you have a DVR, you can also access anything that is sitting on the DVR. The only down side is that it controls your cable box too, so if you are on it and someone at your house wants to watch something else, you will get into a channel war.
Gaming

If your father hasn't grown up, then why not get him a video game system? Many parents play video games, so why not hook him up with a new Xbox 360 or PlayStation3, or even a Wii? If your father isn't into video games, you might still be able to get away with a Wii if you really want to get your parents a video game system. Out of all the video game systems, the Wii is the most "parent friendly" console. It doesn't have a traditional controller, and it is more interactive than other controllers.
