E3 2008 Roundup - Best of the Best
Now that we've gotten the "Big 3" out of the way, I figured I would showcase some screenshots from the best games to be demoed at E3. Take a look:

Mirror's Edge - a first-person action adventure game from Electronic Arts. It allows for a broader range of action than most first-person games, such as tumbling, wall running, shimmying, and sliding.

Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe - a crossover fighting game from Midway featuring characters from both franchises. Unfortunately, it will not be M rated.

Street Fighter IV - another installment in Capcom's Street Fighter series. The fighting game will have 3D rendered characters and backgrounds, but will play in 2D. New features will include "Focus" attacks and Ultra moves.

Tomb Raider: Underworld - the eighth game in the Tomb Raider franchise and the third developed by Crystal Dynamics. It resumes where Tomb Raider: Legend left off.

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed - part of a larger multimedia project that includes a tie-in novel, action figures, a comic book, and a role-playing game supplement. The Wii version will allow players to use the Wii Remote as a lightsaber.

Prince of Persia (2008) - a new chapter in the action-adventure series featuring new game play and graphics. The storyline has a new, vagabond Prince fighting Ahriman, the ancient god of darkness.

Silent Hill: Homecoming - the sixth installment of the survival horror franchise from Konami. It is about a soldier returning home from war to find his missing brother and father.
Well, that concludes this review of E3 2008. Be sure to visit the official site for lots more information.
