Users can log into the Mologogo program on their cell phone or on any computer connected to the Internet, as locations of users are all transmitted to the Mologogo website. Once you log in, you are shown a street map of the areas surrounding your specific location. Also displayed are the real time whereabouts of any of your chosen friends also using the Mologogo program. Friends are labeled on the map by their screen name as well as the time when they were at the location.
If you have a particular friend that you feel like keeping tabs on that day, you can also set Mologogo to track their movements throughout the day. You can also see one hundred previous locations of your friends if you choose to, all labeled with a date and time.
One neat feature of Mologogo is that you can even Geotag photos you take when you are at specific locations on the map. It is a nice tool to use to share your travel experiences with others, as you can also keep track of your previous whereabouts. God forbid you should ever lose your cell phone, but having Mologogo on it could also help you retrieve it, thanks to tracking.

Mologogo uses the GPS in cell phones for other practical purposes as well. In addition to tracking just friends, Mologogo can be used to track your kids' whereabouts. Business owners can use the program to track where their employees are or track company vehicles to ensure efficiency in the workplace. You can also use the maps to search for local points of interests or even check local traffic and weather.
