What Can the MiFi Do For You? - Who Can Use the MiFi?

Sleek and small, Novatel’s MiFi isn’t some futuristic device that’s impossible for ordinary folks to use. Essentially, this handheld device creates a mobile wireless Internet network which allows users to get online with their wireless products almost any time they please. If you have a fancy cell phone or fun mobile device with its own wireless network, you may not see a need for the MiFi in your life…and you might be right.

But, you might also be missing out. Is the MiFi for you? Let’s take a look at the MiFi’s uses - and who might be able to make the most out of them.

    • Executives. Professionals of all types can benefit from keeping a MiFi close at hand. With this device, it’s incredibly easy to create a mobile office from almost anywhere at any time. Need to send a document that’s stored on your computer? Have to receive a .PDF for an important meeting? When you’ve got to have the Internet immediately, you could make use of a MiFi.
    • Travelers. Anyone who’s on the go a lot would find the MiFi extremely useful. Instead of planning travel arrangements around free WiFi areas, it’s possible to go anywhere you want and still have Internet access at all times.
    • People with sensitive materials. There are lots of free WiFi networks around the globe, but not all of them provide secure connections. The MiFi does, so people with sensitive materials and data that must be protected can have their own very safe wireless network whenever it’s needed.
    • Professionals who work on the go. Spend a lot of time in the car? Professionals who work in the field or otherwise stay on the move in the line of work will find that the MiFi is extremely convenient. Using this device, it’s a cinch to communicate with the office even from remote areas.

These are only a few examples of what the MiFi can do, and how it might begin to revolutionize the way we use wireless Internet. This simple device can also work in times of power outages and other moments when it isn’t possible to access standard wireless networks. Even when the Internet isn’t available, it’s available with the MiFi. What could be easier than that?
