DFI Lanparty UT nForce 4 Ultra D - Conclusion

When an overclocker looks for a new motherboard, they want lots of volts for the memory and CPU, the latest and greatest ports, and good layout for cooling. This board has everything you would want from a motherboard. It has one of the best tweakable BIOS’s I have seen. This is easily one of the best boards I have ever seen, and packs a great bang for the buck. The only downfall is the memory slots and some compatibility problems. This is being fixed with BIOS updates and should not keep anyone from buying this board. The DFI LanParty NF4 Ultra D receives the DevHardware recommended award.

    Pros

    • Designed for overclockers
    • 4 Volts for memory
    • Overclock friendly
    • Assortment of PCI-Express slots

    Cons

    • Memory slots fussy at times
    • nTune doesn't work
