Chaintech ZNF3-250 Motherboard Review - Testing 2
(Page 9 of 13 )
STARTS CFD Solver

This test, provided by the
University of Oklahoma State's CASE Lab, is an excellent tool representing common computational fluid dynamic simulators. It's also an example of pure floating point math abilities. While the ZNF3-250 doesn't claim an outright win, it does sit between the overclockedd Soyo and the VIA K8T800 based Albatron.
SuperPi

This is a test to see which setup can calculate one million digits of pi the quickest. Thanks to the "factory overclocking", the Soyo has a two second lead on the VIA based Albatron board, and three seconds on the P4. Another calculation/math test, this one leaves the Chaintech one second behind.
